Meet the Team

I’m Mandy, a lifelong Jacksonville native and proud UNF graduate who couldn’t imagine calling anywhere else home. In 2013 I opened my insurance agency right here in Jax with one goal in mind: to serve my community and truly help people. That same heart for service is why Women Who Impact Jax means so much to me. Being able to give back, while building authentic relationships with like-minded women, is one of the things I’m most proud to be a part of. When I’m not writing polices, I’m wrangling a toddler, cheering on my bonus kids, or letting my pup Lilly convince me she’s the real boss. Faith, family, and football keep me going- caffeine helps, too.

I’m a mom first, which basically means I’m always juggling a million things (and dropping a few along the way). Work pays the bills, but my heart is in my kids and in Women Who Impact Jax - a fun excuse to gather amazing women, give back, and feel like we’re a part of something bigger. When I actually get “me time”, I’m either running around on a soccer field or re-reading Harry Potter for the hundred time… because some obsessions never fade.

I’m Morgan, a Jacksonville Native who grew up in Mandarin before heading off the Florida State University. Go Noles! In 2021, I married my husband, Brandon - gaining two amazing bonus kids, Gabrielle and Jenson. We now live in Macclenny with our three dogs! 

As a small business owner, I know how important it is to have genuine connections and support other women. That’s one of the biggest reasons I co-founded Women Who Impact Jax. To me, this group is about giving back, building relationships, and having fun in a supportive, welcoming environment. You CAN sit with us!

I’m Nicole—Healthcare IT Recruiter, traveler, and proud dog mom. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised between Virginia and Florida, I’ve always been inspired by the power of womanhood and the magic that happens when people truly connect. I love using technology to make an impact, sharing good food, and creating spaces where women feel celebrated and supported. I joined this team to keep that energy flowing—through movement, intention, and connections that matter. And of course, to have some fun! If there’s a party, you can find me on the dance floor!

I’m Anette — born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. I’ve always had a heart for this city and the people in it. Whether it’s volunteering, helping through my work, or lending a hand where I can, giving back has always been something that fills me up. I’ve always been the friend who brings people together — planning parties, connecting friends, and cheering them on as they chase their dreams and build their businesses.

When Morgan and Caitlyn asked me to be part of Women Who Impact Jax, I was instantly on board. It felt like everything I love — community, connection, and collaboration — all wrapped into one. Jacksonville has so much potential, and I truly believe in the power of women supporting women. Whether someone is in their mom era, career era, or figuring-it-all-out era, there’s a space for them here.

I’m so excited to be part of this movement and can’t wait to see the impact we make together right here in our hometown.

I’m Chelsea - math teacher, instructional coach, wife, and mom to an adorable toddler who thinks rules are optional. I’m originally from sunny California but traded earthquakes for palm trees a few years ago and quickly felt the pull to build something meaningful here. I joined this cause to help bring women together and make a real impact on local causes - no fluff, just heart (and maybe carbs). Whether it’s in the classroom or out in the community, I’m passionate about creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and empowered.
